Who we are and what these terms cover

Pluma is a product of EVA Digital Inc. ("we", "us"), a Delaware corporation based in the United States. These terms cover this website. The Pluma service itself — making and looking after a website for you — is covered by a separate agreement, which you'll see when you sign up for it in the dashboard. Nothing here commits you to that.

Paying for Pluma

Payments in US dollars are taken by EVA Digital Inc. Payments in Indian rupees (by UPI, net banking or an Indian card) are collected by Habilesoft India Private Limited (CIN U72200RJ2014PTC045748), which sells Pluma in India and issues the invoice for those payments.

How plans renew, how to cancel and when you get a refund are set out in our Refund and cancellation policy.

Using this website

You're welcome to read it and share it. Please don't:

• break the law while using it;
• try to break it, overload it, or get around anything that protects it;
• copy it wholesale with automated tools.

Our name and our work

The name Pluma, the writing on this site, and its design belong to us or to the people who let us use them. Quoting a line to talk about us is fine. Copying the site's design or words for your own product is not.

No promises about the website

This website describes what Pluma does. Details may change as Pluma grows. The website is provided as it is, and we don't make guarantees about it being available or error-free at all times. What we promise for the Pluma service itself is set out in its own agreement.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on this website. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law says you always have, or excludes responsibility the law says can't be excluded.

Other people's services

The lettering on this site uses open-source fonts (Fraunces, Instrument Sans, Sora and Caveat, under the SIL Open Font License), served from our own servers.

Your information

If you sign in to the Pluma dashboard, how we handle what Google shares with us is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Keep using the website after that, and the new terms apply.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of Delaware. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of your own country's laws that can't be signed away, and you can also take a dispute to the courts where you live.
