What are Pen Strokes?

A Pen Stroke is how Pluma measures the work it does on your site. You don't need to know what goes on behind the scenes: think of Pen Strokes as the cost of each change. Pen Strokes aren't counted yet, so nothing comes off your allowance today — when they are, you'll see your count in your account first.

Questions people ask

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Pluma Preview is free, with 15 Pen Strokes to keep shaping your site, and your site stays in a private preview. Everyone also starts with 7 days of Pluma Personal, free, with no card needed.

Do I need a card to get started?

No. You can tell Pluma about your site and see it made in a private preview without a card. You only pay when you put your site online with a paid plan.

What are Pen Strokes?

A Pen Stroke is how Pluma measures the work it does on your site. Think of it as the cost of each change: changing a sentence is about one stroke, adding a new page about five. Pen Strokes aren't counted yet, so nothing comes off your allowance today.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with one click on the Subscription page in your dashboard, with no charge. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free Preview plan, with your website and its history kept.

How do refunds work?

Yearly plans: cancel within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full. Monthly plans: a month that has started isn't refunded, except as set out in our refund policy — for example if we've charged you by mistake, we refund it in full.
